First, keep in mind that you won’t be standing directly up against the mirror, so there is no reason to have the mirror go all the way to the floor, except for decoration.  If you can keep the mirror above the outlets as well, you can save a few bucks in the costs of labor.  For visibility of the whole body, 6′ tall is normally sufficient.  You can decide to go higher for aesthetic purposes if needed.
